We buit a new house in Sun City Hilton Head. 10 months later we have 2 nice holes in the carpeting.
Our rep Sue Thomas says there is nothing that Pulte can do. the flooring company went out of business. We paid extra money to have the carpeting upgraded. What shoddy carpeting!

Will be loosing my retirement with the Pulte-Del Webb home I am in, what a nightmare two years. Do not buy in Athem/Del Webb community - Colorado. Colorado has passed laws that prevent any resolution with builders over defective and improperly built homes. Pulte uses this to abuse and laugh off the elderly and my wife and I are still reeling over the issues with this home. Foundation cracks, cracks to the outside, home dropping 2" not one door square or plumb, floor a roller coaster to walk on....Before you buy look somewhere else as buying a home in Colorado is a "crap" shoot.
I live in The Hills of Rivermist in San Antonio, Tx. New Pulte, houses are falling off the hill the 2nd time built retaining wall fell. Dirt was not compacted, expansive soil, and built on top of a natural seep hole on the top of the hill. They are putting in a 5 million dollar wall that will not even address the water issues from the top of the hill and the residents below. I will never buy another new home and will tell everyone that will listen.You lose your right to sue.
